A man sadly died following a road traffic collision on the A338 yesterday (06/11).
Emergency services were called at about 5 pm to the A338 Bodenham junction following reports that the cyclist - a man in his 20s - had been in a serious collision with a car that was travelling south from Salisbury towards Downton.
A statement from Wiltshire Police said, "Despite the best efforts of emergency services attending, the cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene."
"Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
