Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on the A303, Tisbury earlier this morning (28th May).
Sometime between 7 am and 7:30 am a red Mini Cooper left the westbound junction near to Chicklade, overturned and hit a tree.
PC Daniel Laurie, from the Roads Policing Unit said: "This collision caused significant damage and we have concerns about the drivers welfare, who was not at the scene when we arrived.
"From the damage to the vehicle we are concerned that they will need medical attention.
"We have made a number of enquiries, including checks with local hospitals, and would urge anyone with information to contact us as soon as possible."
