Police are appealing for witnesses after a pursuit involving a red Ford KA on Bemerton Heath earlier this week.
A police spokesperson said in a statement, "We are appealing for witnesses following a pursuit in Bemerton Heath, Salisbury, on Wednesday afternoon (28th August).
"Between roughly 1.55pm and 2.05pm, officers were engaged in a short pursuit involving a red Ford KA in the Bemerton Heath area.
"We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the pursuit or may have dashcam to please get in touch.
"We would also like to appeal directly to a female pedestrian who was walking on Roman Road in Salisbury at 1.57pm and was nearly struck by a vehicle to contact us to ensure she is okay.
"She had brown hair and was wearing a blue and white patterned dress.
