Salisbury FC supporters are being urged to wear white to the home game against Aveley this Saturday at the Ray Mac.
With the club still striving to maintain their status in the Vanarama National League South, the club will be looking to pick up valuable points in the remaining four fixtures.
That effort begins at home this Saturday against Aveley with a 3pm kick off.
The club are running a ‘Unite in White’ match – where they are asking everyone to come together, in white and get behind the players on the pitch, make some noise and help get Brian Dutton and his players over the line in staying up.
Many are aware that this first season at Step Two of non-league football was going to be challenging. Playing in a league with so many full-time and well-resourced clubs, the aim was always about survival.
Salisbury currently sit three points and two places above the relegation zone with four games left to play.
Ahead of the game, Brian Dutton said, “It’s one of those games that we need to turn up as a collective and give ourselves a better opportunity to stay in the division.
“We need a special effort from the players and also a special effort from the fans going into these last few games. If they can all get behind the goal and create a special atmosphere from the get-go, during the warm-up, and during the match. That would be huge for us.”
Home Kits are now on offer on the club’s website and in the club’s shop with £10 off all home kits, including the pink goalkeeper shirts.
