Three local health practitioners will be hosting their second yoga and wellbeing session later this month.
The Trinity Flow Experience returns to St John’s Place in Lower Bemerton on Sunday 25th October.
Organiser Charlotte Price, founder of Eat Nourish Heal says, “There are three healers over two hours in one evening that’s for anyone who’s tried everything else and wants to feel like themselves again.
“You know that feeling at the end of a long day when you finally stop and instead of feeling relief you feel... empty? Not sad exactly, just hollowed out in a way you can’t quite explain, not even to yourself.”
Charlotte opens the evening with Yin Yoga to unwind and ‘release burdens through physical movement’.
The yoga session will be followed by Ted Lawlor, guiding you through breathing patterns called Somatic Breathing. Charlotte adds, “People regularly describe feeling lighter after this session, in ways they weren’t expecting”.
The third and final module of the evening features a restful Sound Reiki session from singer and Founder of Sing to Heal Limited Lilli Badcock who channels healing tones through her voice in a way that’s said to bring attendees to a ‘genuine deep rest’.
Tickets for the two hour session on Sunday October 25th are available here, with limited spaces available. Doors open at 6:45pm.
