Wiltshire Council has agreed to transfer ownership of public toilets in Salisbury to the city council — in a move that could see them reopen.
The Central Car Park facilities have been shut since March 2024.
Salisbury City Council wants to take over the site to restore services for residents and visitors.
The transfer would be at no cost, but includes a clause allowing the land to be reclaimed for future redevelopment.
Final approval is still needed from the city council.
