Three teenagers have been arrested following an aggravated burglary in Fisherton De La Mere, near Warminster.
At around 6.30 pm on Wednesday, 27th December, officers were called to a property following reports that three people had forced their way in and threatened the occupants.
They demanded that car keys and cash were handed over before making off in the occupants' vehicle. The car was spotted by officers in Salisbury, where the driver failed to stop and crashed.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and possession of cannabis.
While a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy were both arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary, drug driving and being in possession of a Class B drug.
All three remain in custody.
During further investigation and searches, several weapons, including an air rifle and pistols, were located and seized.
