The Salisbury Soroptimist annual quiz night is back later this month supporting the Salisbury Women’s Refuge and sponsorship of a girls’ club at a Tanzanian school through local charity EdUKaid.
The annual quiz night will be held on Friday 26th November at St Elizabeth Hall, Exeter Street, Salisbury, respecting all Covid safety requirements. Tickets are £15 each and include a fish and chip supper.
Teams of four or six are welcome, or individuals or couples can join a team on the night. There will be a pay bar, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a raffle with great prizes. Doors will open at 7pm for a prompt start to the quiz at 7.30pm.
Proceeds from the quiz will continue support of the Salisbury Women’s Refuge and sponsorship of a girls’ club at a Tanzanian school through local charity EdUKaid. The club has been set up as part of the Heshima Project menstrual health programme with the aim of educating and empowering girls to improving their life chances.
