Salisbury have learned who they will face in the first round of the FA Cup following the draw.
Salisbury have been given a home tie against Sholing, with the game to be played during the weekend of Saturday 7th November.
This is the furthest the club has gone in the competition since reforming in 2015.
To reach this stage, they have overcome Taunton Town (4-1), Dulwich Hamlet (5-0), and most recently, Eastbourne Borough (3-0) in the Fourth Qualifying Round on Saturday afternoon.
To reach this stage, Sholing have played one more fixture than the Whites. They have beaten Andover New Street (2-0), Tiverton Town (1-0), Ebbsfleet United (2-1) and South East Dons (2-0).
Two familiar faces will be returning to the Ray Mac for the fixture, with both Tommy Willard and Tommy Lee Higgs featuring in the Sholing ranks.
There is also a world-famous name in their squad too. Kristian Shevchenko, son of former Ukrainian footballer Andriy Shevchenko. Having spent his youth career at Chelsea, Tottenham and Watford, he joined The Boatmen in the summer.
The competition has netted Salisbury £18,375 so far, with at least another £15,800 in prize money still to come. However, if they win their first-round match, they would collect £47,750.
There are no longer replays in the FA Cup from the first round onwards, so the game would go straight to extra time and then penalties if the match is tied.
Salisbury FC have announced that ticket information for the match will be released soon.
