Longleat is celebrating the arrival of a critically endangered vulture chick.
The African white-backed vulture hatched at the estate’s Drive-Through Safari and is now almost two months old.
It follows the first successful chick at the park in more than a decade, which arrived last year.
Keepers say this is the first time in nearly 14 years that parent birds have fully incubated and raised a chick without assistance.
The species is critically endangered, with around 270,000 remaining in the wild.
Experts say each successful breeding is vital for conservation efforts.
Visitors to Longleat may be able to spot the chick in the nest, as it continues to grow under the care of its parents.
The news comes as the safari park celebrates 60 years since opening its Drive-Through Safari.
