"As I step into this role, I do so with a deep sense of humility and responsibility," Mr. Marriott stated. "Leehurst Swan has always been a school that values excellence in all areas of education, both in the classroom and beyond. I fully intend to embrace the many strengths that define this school and work strategically to ensure that we continue to offer a first-class education that prepares our students not just for exams, but for life."

He also highlighted his commitment to working with Leehurst Swan’s talented and dedicated staff, stating, "Our staff are exceptionally talented and dedicated, and it is a privilege to work alongside such a committed team. I am also passionate about championing our aspirations in sport and the arts, ensuring that every child has the chance to discover and develop their talents."
