The former GB3 vice-champion recently returned to the circuits for three intense days of official testing at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya. The results afterwards were hugely encouraging for the Brit on paper, going third quickest on the second day and ending the week fifth fastest overall.
The 2026 season will consist of 14 events at many of the world's most iconic circuits, beginning in Melbourne, Australia, for the opening two races across the weekend of 6th to 8th March. Bennett will again represent his country at the British Grand Prix in the summer (3rd-5th July), held at the famous Silverstone circuit.
Formula 2 races are broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports F1, so you can watch John in his races. Salisbury Radio will be catching up with Salisbury's rising motorsport star as the season progresses.
