A man has sadly died following a single vehicle collision in Salisbury over the bank holiday weekend.
Emergency services were called to the A30 at approximately 2.10am yesterday (29th August 2022).
For reasons currently unknown, a vehicle had left the carriageway on a slight right-hand bend and collided with a hedgerow and telegraph pole which caused the car to roll.
Sadly, the driver, a local man in his 20s,died at the scene.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said, "Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
"Any witnesses who may be able to assist us with our investigation, or anyone who may have dash cam footage, should call 101 and quote log number 26 of 29th August 2022."
