On Monday, two 20-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs after being stopped in their vehicles.
While on patrol, officers stopped a vehicle near Southampton Road in Salisbury and arrested the driver after finding a cigarette packet containing bags of white powder.
Another vehicle, the officers knew was associated, was stopped near Salisbury train station after a short pursuit.
The car contained a large amount of cash, and the driver was also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. He was also arrested on suspicion of failing to stop and dangerous driving.
Until 30 November, both men have been placed on conditional bail, pending further enquiries.
